Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review. To help us resolve your request quickly, please email shop@pharmaguide.ca and include:

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
PHOXShop may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or other resolution depending on the product category, supplier policies, and available documentation.
