Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment transactions are handled through secure, compliant payment gateways.
Receipts and invoices are available for record-keeping and accounting purposes.

Authorization to Charge Card on File

By placing an order or maintaining a saved payment method, you authorize PHOXShop and its payment processors to charge the card on file for amounts related to your purchases, including (where applicable):

Product charges for orders you place
Applicable taxes and shipping fees
Order adjustments due to shipping method changes, packaging requirements, or supplier fulfillment changes
Replacement shipments approved as part of a damaged-item resolution (if applicable)
Any unpaid balances, chargebacks, reversals, or failed payments associated with your account

If a charge requires additional confirmation under your card issuer’s security policies, you may be prompted to complete verification.

PHOXShop may suspend or restrict account access for failed payments or outstanding balances.

How Approval Works

Submit an online application with your business details.
Applications are reviewed for eligibility and alignment with PHOXShop policies.
If approved, you’ll receive access to browse and order through PHOXShop.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Access, Eligibility, and Removal

To protect marketplace quality and integrity:

PHOXShop may request additional information at any time to verify eligibility.
Access may be denied, suspended, limited, or removed at any time, including for policy violations, misuse of the platform, suspected fraud, non-payment, chargebacks, or conduct that creates risk for suppliers, partners, or the marketplace.
Approved access does not create any entitlement to continued use of PHOXShop.
